  • Once an order is submitted, it is sent straight to our kitchen for preparation. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or refunds after the order has been placed, unless the cancellation request is made within 5 minutes.

    To request a cancellation:
    Reply directly to your Square order confirmation email with the message:
    "Please cancel my order."

    We will do our best to honor your request if it is received within the 5-minute window.

  • We stand behind our drinks with a Happiness Guarantee. If your drink isn’t right, we’ll remake or adjust it—just let us know before finishing more than 25%.

  • To better support our team and manage multiple ordering platforms, we limit online orders to a maximum of 8 items per ticket.

    If you need to order more than 8 drinks, you’re welcome to place multiple separate orders.

    For group orders of 30 drinks or more, we kindly ask that you submit a Catering Request Form so we can prepare accordingly and provide the best experience.

  • Yes! All of our dine-in locations offer Wi-Fi access for guests.

  • Most of our locations offer dine-in and takeout. Some locations are takeout-only with limited seating provided by the plaza.

    We are exclusively partnered with DoorDash for delivery.

  • We are a card-only establishment. We accept all major credit cards and electronic tap payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
